Copper Coast Plaza Development

PappsPM were engaged to provide Strategy and Advisory services for the Copper Coast Plaza development, leading the Code Amendment process proposing to convert zoned Rural land to Employment zone land.

Hakkinen Road Precinct

PappsPM were engaged for Construction Project Management services for the refurbishment 353 square metres of office, 2,358 square metres of warehouse / cold store and infrastructure services including chiller system, power, fire and electrical. PappsPM led the project on the developer's behalf from the planning phase, through to construction contractor engagement to commissioning handover and takeover

SEG

PappsPM were enaged by Security Estate Group (SEG) Property Management Branch to provide Construction Oversight services for a an office fit out project.
